Police media spokesperson SSP Ajith Rohana says that instructions have been given to arrest Deputy Minister Nishantha Muthuhettigama on his arrival in Sri Lanka.

He also notes that officials at Bandaranaike International Airport and Mattala Rajapaksa International Airport  are on alert.

Deputy Minister Nishantha Muthuhettigama who is wanted by court in connection with the incident of setting fire to the stage of the Common candidate in Wanduramba, left to Singapore on Friday.
