Bodu Bala Sena demands to disclose the agreement with Hakeem, while JHU challenges to change 13th amendment with 2/3 majority
The Common candidate’s faction objected the Bodu Bala Sena allegation today, which said that the common candidate Maithreepala Sirisena and SLMC has signed an agreement to create a separate Muslim Administration in the Eastern Province.
Addressing a media conference held in Colombo today, BBS General Secretary Galagoda Aththe Gnaana-saara Thera made the allegation against the common candidate.
However addressing another media briefing held in Colombo, MP Patali Champika Ranawaka said that no such agreement has been signed whatsoever.
Meanwhile, addressing a UPFA media conference in Colombo today, minister Nimal Siripala de Silva asked the common opposition to explain its opinion on the national question.

He added that if the President convened the parliament to change even one word in the 13th amendment related to dividing the country, he can obtain not only the 2/3rd majority votes, but also his own vote
