State+Employees+must+work+freely+and+impartially.
It is reported that the Minister of Public Administration, Budhdha Sasana and Democratic Governance Karu Jayasuriya has emphasized that the State Employees have a responsibility to establish a free and just society.

The Minister pointed out that the Government anticipates the State Employees to work independently and impartially. He made these remarks during a discussion with Provincial Administration and Provincial Council Ministry Officials.

Discussions took place on the 100 day program and the programs beyond that period. Secretary to the Ministry of Public Administration and Democratic Rule, J. Dadallage was present on the occasion.
