The petition the JVP had recently filed at the Appeal Court for an order to arrest former LTTE international head Kumaran Padmanadan alias KP is scheduled to be taken up for hearing today.

The JVP had filed this petition on the 19th of this month to take action against KP allegedly linked to a number of serious crimes that had taken place during wartime.
