A 42-year-old father and his 3-year-old son were burnt to death at Walathapitiya tsunami village in Sammanthurai area when their house caught fire last night.

A 7-year-old girl was admitted to the Ampara Hospital with burn injuries.

Ampara police are conducting further investigations.
