President Maithripala Sirisena made an inspection visit to the Central Environment Authority (CEA) this (19) morning.   Signifying his first visit as the Minister of Environment, the President planted a sapling at the CEA premises.  The President met with the Directors and senior officials of CEA.


Deputy Minister of Mahaweli and Environment Mr. Wasantha Aluvihare, Secretary Minister of Environment Mr. Nihal Jayaweera, Chairman of CEA Prof. Lal Mervin Dharmasiri and senior officials of the Ministry and CEA were present.
