Former President Chandrika Kumaranatunga states that the former regime is in debt of 100 billion rupees to contractors.

She stated this while attending the occasion of Minister Arjuna Ranatunga assuming duties as the SLFP Chief Organizer.

Expressing her views further, former President Chandrika Bandaranaike Kumaranatunga stated that the situation should be observed without panicking.
