The UPFA Uva Provincial Council member Anura Vidanagamage says that he and other three of his colleagues expect to take legal action against the decision to sack them from the party.

Speaking to our news team, Vidanagamage said a letter in connection with their party suspension has been sent to provincial secretary Helan Samarasinghe by UPFA General Secretary Susil Premajayantha.

Anura Vidanagamage, Vadivel Suresh, Kithsiri Attanayake and Harindra Dharmadasa have been suspended by the UPFA charging that the 4 members had contributed to the power change in the Uva Provincial Council.

The 4 members pledged their support through affidavits to Uva Provincial Chief Minister Harin Fernando.
