Sri Lankan troops treat over 1500 victims in Nepal

Sri Lanka tri-forces troops engaged in relief operations in Nepal have provided medical and surgical facilities to over 1500 patients in Nepal.

Releasing a communiqué, the Prime Minister’s office stated that members of Army Engineering Corps have also restored several collapsed buildings and roads which were blocked due to landslides in Nepal.

The communiqué further stated that the army troops have also reconstructed a bridge in Nepal, which isolated 5 villages for 5 days after collapsing.
