The owner of the drone camera that crashed to a private land at Ahangama in Galle has been identified.

Ahangama police stated that the owner of the drone was present at Ahangama police this morning and admitted that he was the owner of the crashed drone.

Investigations revealed that the drone was imported.

The drone which crashed yesterday has been sent to police headquarters to hold an investigation on the video clips that it had captured before the crash.
