Nominations of the UPFA were not given to former MP’s of Colombo District since several stalwarts of the alliance were going to lose; A revelation from Wijedasa Rajapaksa

Justice Minister Wijedasa Rajapaska revealed today that former Colombo district MP’s of the UPFA were not given nominations since there was a risk of several stalwarts of the Alliance loosing.

Addressing a media briefing held in Colombo today Minister Wijedasa Rajapaksa pointed out that although nominations were not given to certain MP’s in Colombo and other districts stating that there are corrupt individuals, there are plenty of corrupt individuals in the Alliance nominations list.
