The SLTB has filed a case in the Colombo Commercial Court with regard to non-payment of Rs. 142 million due for deployment of SLTB buses for propaganda rallies of the recent presidential election.

Our Court Reporter said that the then UPFA general secretary Susil Premajayantha, the then SLFP General Secretary Anura Priyadarshana Yapa and former President Mahinda Rajapaks and two others have been named in this case as respondents.
