Three persons have been injured and five vehicles have been damaged due to a tree which had fallen at the Chilaw- Putalam road in Arrachchikattu area.
Hiru correspondent reports due to the above situation the transport in the Chilaw- Puttalam main road was disturbed in the morning.
Four shops also have been damaged due to the branches of the tree descending. It is state that the area residents have requested from the authorities several times for the removal of the tree.
