Prime Minister Ranil Wickramasinghe affirmed that while the government of Sri Lanka will continue to ensure that all ports in the country are open for commercial shipping, it will not be allocating naval bases to foreign countries,

Delivering the keynote address yesterday at Galle Dialogue 2015, the international maritime conference,  the Prime Minister said Sri Lanka remains committed to work against international terrorism, transnational crimes and smuggling.
