President appoints special project directors for 3 provinces

President Maithripala Sirisena has appointed special project directors who will be in charge of three provinces.

former minister Jagath Pushpakumara, Shantha Bandara and former deputy minister Erik Prasanna Weerwardana have been appointed as special project directors of Uva Province, North Western province and Central province respectively.

The President’s Media Unit stated that in addition to these appointments, former Chairman of the Tamankaduwa Pradeshiya Sabha Premasiri Munasinghe has been appointed the Special Project Director for the Polonnaruwa District.
