2 flights to India to bring back Sri Lankan’s affected by Chennai floods

2 Special flight will leave for India to bring back a group of Sri Lankan pilgrims who were stranded Buddha Gaya by the floods that have affected parts of India.

The pilgrims are being sheltered by the Prelate of the Buddhist vihara in Gaya.

Media Manager of Sri Lankan Airlines Deepal Perera stated that one flight will carry back 120 Sri Lankans from Buddha Gaya while the other will facilitate the return of 190 Sri Lankans from Trichi.
