Opposition charges that the decisions taken at the party leaders meeting are being altered
The joint opposition accused the government of not adhering to the decisions taken at the Party leaders meeting, instead, acting according to their own will.
Leader of the Mahajana Eksath Peramuna, Parliamentarian Dinesh Gunewardana made this statement at a media briefing held in Colombo today.
MP Dinesh Gunewardana stated that although the leader of the house had wanted the entire parliament to act as the parliamentary select committee, while making amendments to the constitution, Premier Ranil Wickramasinghe had held a contrasting opinion on the matter.
