Senadipathi comes before PRECIFAC

The chairman of the Avant-Garde Company, Nissanka Senadipathi has arrived at the Presidential Commission of Inquiry to Investigate and Inquire into Serious Acts of Fraud, Corruption and Abuse of Power, State Resources and Privileges (PRECIFAC) this morning to give a statement in connection with the alleged purchase of weapons from the Rakna Lanka Security Company.

Senadhipathi was summoned before the commission on several occasions in the past however he failed to show up.

Former Defence Secretary Gotabhaya Rajapaksa, former navy commanders Admiral Jayantha Perera and Admiral Jayanath Colombage and former additional secretary of the Defence Ministry Sujatha Jayarathna have reported to the Commission.
