Explosion Near Iranian, Indian, Pakistani Consulates In Afghanistan: Reports

A powerful blast has gone off next to a number of foreign consulates in the eastern Afghan city of Jalalabad, according to witness reports coming from the scene. The diplomatic missions possibly affected include those of Iran, India and Pakistan.

According to Afghan TV channel TOLOnews, gunfire could be heard near the blast site.
