Four civilians, who were arrested for allegedly involved in the violent protest near the Homagama Magistrate’s Court, have been remanded until 09th February.
   
The protesters were remanded after they were produced before the Homagama Acting Magistrate Sudarshana Suriyaperuma, this afternoon. 
 
The four suspects arrested were ordered by the magistrate to be produced before courts for disorderly behaviour in the court premises following the arrest of Ven. Galagoda Aththe Gnanasara thero.
 
Secretary of Bodu Bala Sena, Galagoda Aththe Gnanasara thero, was arrested for contempt of court during the hearing of journalist Prageeth Ekneligoda’s case.
