Joint Opposition To Boycott State Functions

United People’s Freedom Alliance (UPFA) Parliamentarian Dinesh Gunawardena condemned the arrest of former President Mahinda Rajapaksa's second son Lieutenant Yoshitha Rajapaksa, and said that the 'Joint Opposition' would boycott state functions.

Speaking at a press conference today (Monday 1st), Gunawardena said that the 'Joint Opposition' had always insisted on the illegal manner in which the police Financial Crimes Investigation Division (FCID) was established.
