Colombo Dengue cases on rise

A significant increase in the number of dengue cases was reported around the country last month, while Colombo City and its suburbs has the highest risk of the disease, reports reveal.

The Ministry of Health has launched a National Dengue Prevention Week (NDPW) to tackle the outbreak.

Epidemiology Unit said the NDPW will commence on 29th of March.
