A Motorcyclist has died after been hit on a culvert located in Pokunuwita, Horana.
The deceased is a 20 year-old youth residing in Thalthota area.
According to the back-seat passenger who is not injured from the accident said that the motorcycle has skidded off the road as the rider failed to control the speed when a rusty spotted cat (Kola Diviyaa) collided with the running motorbike.
Office of the Police Media spokesperson stated that the dead rusty spotted cat was also found later.
