Activist of the Frontline Socialist Party Kumar Gunaratnam was re-remanded till 1st March when he was produced before Kegalle Magistrate Prasanna Alwis today (23).

Gunaratnam was seized by the Kegalle Police on 04th November last year for violation of Immigration and Emigration laws.

Sources claim that Gunaratnam who possess the Australian citizenship, arrived in Sri Lanka on January 1st 2015 on a 30-day tourist visa which expired on January 31st was hiding since visa expiry.
