An illegal ganja cultivation in Kiwleyaya, Siyambalanduwa was burnt and destroyed by the police.

Police media stated that they found 7000 ganja plants in the cultivation when they raided the area following a tipoff.

A 56-year-old suspect was arrested in connection to the incident. He is due to be produced before the Siyambalanduwa Magistrate Court today.
