Uva Provincial Council Estate Infrastructure Minister Senthil Thondaman surrendered to the Hatton police a short while ago, after Hatton District Judge and Magistrate Prasad Liyanage issued a warrant for his arrest yesterday (01).

Thondaman failed to appear in court in connection with a case involving the obstruction caused to Palani Digambaram from proceeding in his car when he was National Languages Deputy Minister at Shannon on the Hatton-Colombo road in 2014.
