The Magistrate further noted that sufficient evidence has been collected against the accused persons in connection with the murder, and ordered to file a law suit at the High Court.

A case was filed at the court against seven defendants under four counts of charges including shooting former MP Nadaraja Raviraj and his driver to death at Narahenpita area in 2006.
