President Issues Condolences Over Brussels Attack

President Maithripala Sirisena has expressed his condolences to King Philippe of Belgium and the victims of the Brussels terror attacks.

Issuing a letter, the Head of State said he was shocked to hear the news.

President Sirisena said himself and all Sri Lankans condemn the terror attacks.

The President had hoped for a speedy recovery to all victims affected in the Brussels explosions.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said there are no reports of Sri Lankans affected by the blasts.
