Dozens were killed in clashes between Azerbaijan and Armenia in the disputed Caucasus region of Nagorno- Karabakh. The clashes are dubbed as the worst in two decades.
Eighteen Armenian soldiers and 12 Azerbaijan troops were killed during the incidents. Unconfirmed civilian deaths on both sides are also reported.
Nagorno-Karabakh has been in the hands of ethnic-Armenian separatists since a war that ended in 1994.
