UPFA General Secretary says Mahinda has been invited to the May Day Rally

The UPFA General Secretary Mahinda Amaraweera says that he has invited former president Mahinda Rajapaksa to the SLFP May Day Rally.

However, former president Rajapaksa said that he will join the Joint Opposition’s May Day rally as he received its invitation first.

Meanwhile, journalists inquired from UPFA General Secretary Mahinda Amaraweera about the May Day Rally when he visited the Devundara Devalaya last afternoon.

Journalists also questioned former President Mahinda Rajapaksa about the May Day Rally, during a celebratory event held in view the New Year at his Battaramulla office today.
