At least 200 casualties in Taliban car suicide bomb attack

Dozens killed while over 200 were injured in an explosion in Afghan capital Kabul.

Taliban has claimed responsibility for the attack.

It comes a week after it said it was launching its "spring offensive", warning of "large-scale attacks", foreign media reports.

Tuesday's bombing happened during the morning rush hour in a residential neighbourhood close to the ministry of defence and military compounds.
