Iranian+Defense+Advisor+Calls+On+Navy+Commander

The newly appointed Iranian Defense Attaché to Sri Lanka, Reza Shahali called on the Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Ravindra Wijegunaratne at the Navy Headquarters.

The Navy in a statement noted the meeting marked the first official call on of the incoming Iranian Defense Attaché, with Commander of the Navy.

The parties held cordial discussions on matters of mutual interests and bilateral importance.

The outgoing Iranian Defense Attaché Colonel Ebrahim Rohani was also present on the occasion.
