15 Drowned In Last 10 Days

It has been reported that fifteen persons have drowned over the last ten days. 

Police Media Spokesman’s Office stated that 11 such incidents were reported to police.

Two persons drowned in Wilpitawewa at Kamburupitiya yesterday evening. 

The victims were identified as a 15-year-old student and a 68-year-old resident of Karaputugala.
