The public is forced to pay up the consequences of all unsuccessful projects taken up by the former government, Minister of Housing and Construction Sajith Premadasa said.

He was attending the vesting of the Sahanagama model village first phase to the public yesterday in Tissamaharama area in Hambanthota.

Twenty five houses were handed over to the public.
