Sweden Foreign Affairs Minister Margot Wallström to visit Sri Lanka

Foreign Affairs Minister of Sweden Margot Wallström is to visit Sri Lanka on an official two-day tour tomorrow.

She is due to hold bilateral discussions with Minister Samaraweera at his ministry.

Minister Wallström will also call on President Maithripala Sirisena and Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe, along with the Speaker of Parliament.

She will also be accompanied by a seven member trade delegation with companies- Ericsson, Volvo, ABB, SAAB, Scania, AXIS Communication and Icomera.

They will take part in the special ‘Business Round Table Discussion’ on 25 April at the Cinnamon Grande Hotel.

She will then visit Jaffna on the 26th.
