The Vehicle Importers Association (VIA) says changes to vehicle prices cannot be specified yet with the Value Added Tax revision coming into effect on the 2nd of May.

Speaking to Hiru news, Chairman of the association Indika Sampath Merenchige said the vehicle market shows some sort of instability.

Merenchige attributed the instability to the fluctuations of the US dollar and the economic situation in Japan.
