French Naval Ship docked in Colombo Port

French+Naval+Ship+docked+in+Colombo+Port

French Naval ship ‘Aconit’ was docked at the Colombo Port yesterday.

It was welcomed ceremoniously by the Sri Lanka Navy.

Commanding Officer of Aconit Captain Laurent Machard de Gramont called on Commander Western Naval Area, Rear Admiral Jayantha De Silva at the Western Naval Command Headquarters.

The ship will be docked in Colombo till May 05.

Aconit is on a goodwill visit to Sri Lanka.
