Kidney Racket: Seven Suspects Re-remanded until 16th

The Controller of Immigration and Emigration was noticed to appear in front of the judiciary regarding the escape of a suspect in the alleged Indo-Lanka kidney racket from the detention camp in Mirihana.

Chief Magistrate of Colombo, Gihan Pilapitiya ordered the Chief Inspector of Mirihana Police also to appear before an open court.

The Chief Magistrate also ordered to further remand the seven other suspects until 16th May.
