GMOA to protest against Malabe medical college

The Government Medical Officers Association (GMOA) says hospitals Island wide would engage in a one hour protest to stand against the attack over students requesting the abolition of the private medical college in Malabe.

Secretary of the association Dr. Nalinda Herath noted at a media briefing held yesterday that the protest would be carried out during the lunch hour.

Medical students were attacked during a protest on the 29th of April.
