Supreme Court To Consider Petition Against P.B. Jayasundera In July

The petition filed against former Treasury Secretary P.B. Jayasundera over a corruption scandal will be taken into consideration by the Supreme Court (SC) on July 04th.

The petition has been filed by an Attorney-at-Law in a bid to obtain an order to direct the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption to investigate a Rs. 2 billion tax fraud involving Mr. Jayasundera.
