Low Level Atmospheric Disturbance To Bring More Rain

A low level atmospheric disturbance near Sri Lanka is to bring more rain to the country, the Department of Meteorology said today.

The Department of Meteorology said that showers or thundershowers will occur at times in the Eastern, Uva and Southern provinces tomorrow.

It also said that showers or thundershowers will develop elsewhere particularly after 2.00 pm tomorrow.

Heavy falls (above 100 mm) are also likely at some places.
