Min. of Health introduces mobile services

In a bid to solve hospital staff problems the Ministry of Health has organized a countrywide mobile service to visit Teaching Hospitals.

According to officials the first and second mobile services were held in Kurunegala and Jaffna Teaching Hospitals. The third will be held at the Badulla General Hospital.

Meanwhile, President Maithripala Sirisena and Minister of Health Rajitha Senaratne has ordered to fund provincial hospitals and develop them, rather than taking them over by the central government.
