Charges against the Sumith Prasanna’s forensic report

Forensic report into the death of Sumith Prasanna was issued according to the way former Embilipitiya ASP D.W.C. Dharmaratna’s lawyer wanted, Attorney-at-law Udul Premaratne claimed.

Sumith Prasanna died early this year during a police clash at a party in Embilipitiya.

A second JMOs report into the death produced to the Embilipitiya Magistrate’s Court stated that Prasanna has died of excessive bleeding and not injuries causing by assaults or a fall.
