Parents Protest Demanding to Seize Rapist

A group of parents staged a protest in kegalle town demanding the arrest of a suspect who has sexually assaulted a 10 year-old child studying in Grade 5 in a girls’ college in Kurunegala.

The child had been sexually assaulted on last Tuesday while she was heading home after school.

The child who victimized near Walagama School in Batuwatta had been admitted to Kegalle hospital.
