A powerful earthquake jolted parts of Balochistan, including Quetta and Chaman in Pakistan on Friday, Pakistan media reports.

According to the United States Geological Survey (USGS), the magnitude of the earthquake was 5.4 and its epicenter was Qila Abdullah near Pak-Afghan border.

No loss of life or property was reported.
