The Norwegian police detained a Sri Lankan man after evacuating a Ryanair aircraft at the Moss Airport in Norway.

Norwegian media reported that the Sri Lankan was detained together with another foreigner after both men acted in a suspicious manner.

The passenger plane, which was to take off to Manchester, was evacuated after the two passengers were engaged in an argument in the bathroom.

The pilot said there was an altercation between the two and that some passengers heard the word “bomb” during the discussion.

Bomb disposal teams inspected the plane and found there was no threat. The two passengers were later released.
