Tropical Cyclone Roanu has claimed at least 24 lives after it battered the coastal area of Bangladesh.
High winds and rain have uprooted trees, damaged houses and landslides killing unsuspecting people.
Meanwhile, nearly 500,000 people were evacuated to shelters from the area.
Bangladesh is vulnerable to cyclones. In 1991 a cyclone killed 140,000 people and in 1970 Cyclone Bhola killed 500,000.
