Rs. 18 million to remove garbage from disaster-hit areas

The Minister of Disaster Management Anura Priyadarshana Yapa said that Rs. 18 million was allocated to remove garbage from disaster-hit areas.

He said this whilst addressing a media briefing in Colombo yesterday.

Minister of Provincial Councils and Local Government Faizer Mustapha who also attended the briefing said that the garbage will be removed in three days.
