You have probably heard of the dining tables which are elevated by cranes to give the diners an amazing experience. Now, a Belgian company is celebrating a decade of successful service in this field.
Celebrating its tenth year of successful business, “Dinner in the Sky” is having ten tables all suspended by huge cranes at 50 meters above the ground.
The anniversary is being celebrated near the Atomium building in Brussels, built for the Brussels World Fair in 19-58. Each table accommodates 22 people carefully strapped and secured.
Each guest pays 307 dollars for a five-course meal, provided by a group of top chefs.
The idea was developed back in 2006 by a communications agency specialized in gourmet pleasures.
The experience was a great success and has been taken to 56 countries so far. Other than dining, the idea has been used for marriage ceremonies and TV shows as well, foreign media reports.
