Premier on Observation Visit in Saalawa

Prime Minister Ranil Wickramasinghe is on an observation visit at Saalawa area to examine the situation.

Prime Minister’s office claimed that the Premier will join in a meeting in Hanwella area.

Meanwhile, the security council of Sri Lanka also gathered this morning to discuss about the explosion at Saalawa armoury last evening.

Defense secretary karunasena Hettiarachchi told Hiru news that several decisions were taken at the meeting and media will soon be informed of them.
